A man who placed an improvised explosive device in a Pittsburgh alley after the 1992 Pittsburgh riots has been sentenced to five years probation.Paul Juzwiak pleaded guilty to charges of building and using an explosive for arson.The news release says Juzwiak also pleaded guilty to charges of criminal mischief and failure to comply with criminal restraint.Juzwiak is a 44-year-old from Pittsburgh who worked as a foreman at the park’s maintenance office and had an anger management problem.Juzwiak was sentenced Friday to five years’ probation but must pay $3,000 in restitution and do 40 hours of community service.
